Change Makers is an adventure for young people who live, work, or study in the City of Unley to dream big. The program will empower them to create the future they want to see. Along the way they will gain practical experience to help them achieve their first dream job.
In the first 5 weeks, Change Makers will learn to apply the business canvas model to their big idea, and pitch for seed money. In the next 8 weeks, Change Makers will work with and learn from an experienced business mentor who will help make their idea for positive social change a reality.
The mentor group have senior management and executive experience at state, national, and international levels across the private, government, and not for profit sectors. They are passionate about giving back and are delighted to help empower the Change Makers to make their idea a reality.
Applications are now open and will close Thursday December 7. The program will officially commence Monday January 15, 2018.
