About the role
You will join our large, diverse HR team to assist managing candidates within our proactive talent pool and provide best practice recruitment to the Credit Union. You will assist in the end to end recruitment process including: resume screening, phone interviews, administering psychometric testing, reference checks, interview coordination and managing candidate feedback and expectations. You will have exposure to HR administration functions, including preparation of employment contracts.
About you
You will be currently studying Psychological Sciences, Commerce (Management) or another Human Resources Management related discipline and seeking to work approximately 20-25 hours per week to broaden your skills and experience and utilise your learning. Your strong communication skills coupled with the ability to build rapport easily and maintain good working relationships will set you apart from the crowd. You will be passionate to add value within a team environment and have excellent attention to detail.
