By expressing interest in RecruitReady, you have an opportunity to take part in a simulated graduate recruitment process including:
- online application form,
- psychometric testing
- video screening,
- and a competency-mapped assessment centre.
Confirmed participants will receive individual feedback in writing to assist you to be competitive in graduate recruitment processes moving forward.
If you are confirmed as a participant, it is important to understand that this involves a commitment over the April mid-semester break.
Limited places are available in this program.
While much of the program can take place online with flexibility from your own home or campus (approx. three days to complete each online stage), all participants must be able to attend at least one of the the final Assessment Centres in person on the North Terrace Campus.
