You are invited to take part in an online Help-Seeking Study

You are invited to participate in an anonymous online research survey designed to explore university students’ opinions and preferences with regard to intention to seek face-to-face, telephone or online modes of counselling.

You do not need to have any mental health issues, or previous experience of counselling, in order to be in the study – we are seeking responses from a wide range of students.

Eligible participants are invited to complete an online questionnaire which is anticipated to take no longer than 30 minutes. This will include questions about your opinions and any previous experiences of counselling, current stress levels, level of internet use, and your preferences for face-to-face or other forms of counselling (such as telephone and online).

Participants will be entered into a draw to win a $100 shopping voucher!

To be eligible to participate in this study, you must be:

  • 18 years of age or above
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program of study at a University in Australia
  • Currently living in Australia
