Would you like to travel to Cambodia or Nepal to experience and learn about community development and humanitarian engineering?
Engineers Without Borders Australia (EWB) is excited to offer university students the unique opportunity to travel to Cambodia or Nepal for an immersive education design program.
Participants will travel and meet with developing communities to learn about community development, appropriate technology and humanitarian engineering. The Cambodia and Nepal Design Summit provides an opportunity for students to develop a deeper understanding of the role engineers and designers can play in creating positive change within communities.
The Humanitarian Design Summits will provide students with work, community development and design skills and have been specifically designed to contribute to your university’s professional work experience requirements.
Students may be eligible for financial assistance through your Study Abroad office (e.g. OS-Help loans) to cover the program cost. Please contact your Study Abroad office for more information.
